Do your prices include GST?+

How does the 10% member discount work?+
Create a free account and 10% is automatically deducted at checkout on every order. No codes to remember.
What does 'Pre-order' mean?+
The product hasn't arrived in our warehouse yet. You pay now to secure your unit, and we ship as soon as stock lands — the product page shows the estimated window.
What does 'Price on request' mean?+
Some enterprise products (like the NVIDIA DGX Station or industrial drones) are configured to order. Submit a quote request and we'll respond with pricing within one business day.
Do you accept returns?+
Yes — most products can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Faulty items are replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer — PayID or BSB. Your order is reserved at checkout and ships as soon as the payment clears, usually within one business day.
